Kazakhstan is a strong mining country with many operations and great geological potential. The Kazakhstani government are aiming to enhance and further develop this potential by bringing several on-going operations to Industry 4.0 level. Something they, together with the government organisation KIDI, asked HeadMining to help with.
HeadMining carried out a study analyzing the status of a selected number of mining operations and presented a general strategy for how these could reach the governmental goal. This delivery included a final report and comprehensive analysis, as well as a plan of action to move forward suggested test activities.
